1. Operator and scope
GrowNori is operated by an independent developer. Contact gw16972@outlook.com for service or support questions. These terms describe use of grownori.com and the current local development preview. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
The public website provides product information and contact links. The working preview is a local video creation and review tool. It has one workspace on the operator's computer and is not a hosted customer service with separate customer accounts. Do not expose it publicly or use its local workspace as if it offered customer permission isolation.
2. Current features and development status
The preview supports preparing product facts, creative plans and media, requesting configured production steps, reviewing versions, and downloading approved final outputs when available. Account connection and publishing are separate capabilities.
TikTok connection is being configured through its official developer Sandbox for basic account authorization. Availability depends on TikTok's configuration and which accounts the Sandbox permits. Real video publishing is disabled in this phase. Demonstration calendar events, simulated deliveries or fixture receipts are examples, not evidence of public posts.
The project may change during development. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular completion time, a guaranteed amount of time saved, successful social platform approval, or leads, revenue or audience growth. Planned automation and improvement features are product goals, not proof of an independently learning or fully autonomous service.
3. Your materials and permissions
You retain the rights you have in materials you provide. Providing materials authorizes their processing for the workflow you request, such as drafting, local generation, editing, review and download. The current preview does not grant GrowNori a right to sell your materials or use them in public marketing.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to use uploaded images, recordings, music, voices, likenesses, trademarks and other materials. Obtain appropriate consent for real people whose identity, image or voice you use. Do not misrepresent a generated person as a real customer's endorsement or a generated software screen as factual product evidence.
Use the tool lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not use it for unauthorized access, impersonation, fraud, abuse, unlawful content or evading a social platform's restrictions. Connected platform users must meet that platform's eligibility requirements.
4. Review and approval remain your decision
You are responsible for checking factual claims, scripts, media rights, presenter outputs and final video quality before approving or distributing an output. AI suggestions and generated media can contain mistakes. Your explicit approval of an exact version is required where the local workflow presents an approval step; a conversation or recommendation does not substitute for that action.
Changing content or narration can require a new version and renewed review. Do not treat approval of an earlier version as approval of a modified output. Downloading a file and posting it manually are separate from publication by a platform integration.
We do not promise that every generated output is unique, accurate or eligible for exclusive rights. Third-party material and model or tool licenses can affect how an output may be used. Review the relevant rights and any required disclosure of AI-generated or commercial content before distribution.
5. Social accounts and third-party services
Connecting TikTok sends you to TikTok's official page, where you choose whether to authorize the requested permissions. Do not send your password or authorization tokens to GrowNori support. You can revoke app access through TikTok's settings or request disconnection through the local connection page.
Authorization does not guarantee permission to publish, platform acceptance, public visibility or account safety. TikTok determines its own permissions, reviews, limits and enforcement. Any later publishing feature will need separate enabled capability, valid authorization and explicit approval of the intended content and destination. It is not enabled by these terms.
Your use of TikTok, configured model providers and local media tools remains subject to their terms and applicable licenses. Those providers operate independently and can change their availability or requirements. See TikTok's Terms of Service when using its platform.
6. Downloads, storage and support
When the workflow makes a final file available, you can download it independently of social account connection. Keep your own copies of outputs and the materials you need. Local files can be affected by computer failure, storage removal or the operator's actions, and the preview does not provide a cloud backup or a guaranteed retention period.
For errors, incomplete jobs or uncertain account connection results, use the available status and recovery information or contact us before starting a duplicate operation. Support access to your local computer or files requires a separate arrangement; visiting this website does not grant that access.
7. Charges and future availability
This information website has no checkout or paid subscription. The current development preview is not a public paid service, and real social publishing is disabled. These terms do not authorize a purchase or paid processing request. Any future paid offer will explain its price, billing and cancellation terms before a purchase.
Separately installed tools or accounts you obtain from third parties may have their own charges and license conditions. Do not assume those charges are included in GrowNori.
8. Changes, concerns and contact
We may update these terms as features become available and will revise the date shown above. If the current preview changes into a hosted customer service or introduces real publishing, its new workflow and terms must be explained before it is offered.
If these terms do not suit your use, stop using the preview and contact us about any information we hold. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
